ABOUT ME

Since a kid growing up in the inner city of Pittsburgh, I've always had a desire and gift to hear & share. Whether sharing experiences, songs, stories or tv shows and commercials I loved...it has always been a passion of mine to communicate and us conversation to create community. 

 

Back when I was in elementary school, we were tasked to create a new product and do a presentation.  I put so much effort and passion behind the assignment and till this day it is one of my fondness memories of my life!  Needless to say...I knocked it out of the park and our class & teacher loved it!

 

Nine years later when it was time to go to college and choose a major, I remembered that feeling.  I remembered who I naturally was and the fire to make advertising my living... began. Unfortunately, my story of telling stories for a career took a detour as life did what it does best...curves and swerves!  

 

But as I pursued other ventures, I noticed I was still using this NATURAL gift.  This gift to create pieces and content that went beyond a "sale." This gift to include others in feeling and seeing the same things I felt or saw.  And like a surprise left hook from your favorite boxer, it hit me that I actually have been operating in my natural gift, I just forgot and hadn't officially earned the title yet. 

 

So here I am!  Saying out loud and boldly...I AM A COPYWRITER.  I am a CONNECTOR. I am a CREATIVE STORY TELLER!  And I would love to be that person for you and your brand.

 

I am extremely versatile with my style and approach.  Ranging from ideas that evoke deep emotions. Or tell jokes that create joy & laughter.  With the intention to make the service or product desirable, memorable and purposeful!  

 

I am a great listener and I personally feel research and attention to detail makes for an easier job and collaborations! And let's be honest...no one wants to scream to be heard!  That my friend...is UN-NATURAL! LOL
